Siddharth Venigalla

Siddharth Venigalla, a junior at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School, looks forward to chairing the Thatcher Cabinet side of the Irish Troubles JCC. Siddharth has been involved in Model United Nations since middle school and chaired the Diet of Japan committee last year, and vice-chaired the National Congress of Brazil committee in his freshman year. He has also competed at several conferences, including VAMUN, JHUMUNC, WMHSMUN, SIMUNC and HIMUNC. In addition to Model U.N, Siddharth is also Secretary of French Club and French Honor Society, Treasurer of TSA and an active member of the Quizbowl team. He is excited for this year's Governor's School Model United Nations conference, and knows that the committee and its members will make this year an enjoyable and enriching experience!

Kate Driebe

Kate Driebe, is a junior who has been involved with Model UN since 7th grade. She has participated as a delegate, crisis staffer, and, most recently, a vice Chair for SPEPOL at GSMUN XXI. After vice chairing last year for GSMUN, Kate could not wait to become more involved. Though this is her first time chairing she is very excited. Along with Model UN, Kate’s other hobbies include participating in Robotics, Model Congress and Track. She loves watching action movies and reading fantasy.

Julia Ochsenhirt

Julia Ochsenhirt is a junior who has been involved with Model UN since 8th grade. She has participated as a delegate, crisis staffer, and, most recently, a chair for the Diet of Japan committee at GSMUN XXI. Along with Model UN, Julia’s involved with a number of other clubs and activities; she serves as the Vice President of Deadbeats, Maggie Walker’s resident acapella club, teaches elementary school students piano through Music Orchard, and regularly volunteers with the Children’s Museum of Richmond. In her free time, she enjoys watching rom-coms and hanging out with her friends and her dogs.
