Any registration after February 5 is based on availability.

Refund Policy

If your delegation opts not to attend the conference, the following structure for refunds will apply:

  • 75% refund for cancellations through December 24

  • 50% refund for cancellations through January 14

  • No refund for cancellations after January 14
